Q: What kind of wax do you use?

A: Our candles and melts are a blend of 5 to 1 all-natural / organic soy wax and beeswax.

Q: Do you use essential oils?

A: Very few of our candles and melts are made using essential oils. This is because producing essential oils requires a significant amount of material to extract, which could be detrimental to the environment if not properly sourced.

Q: Are your candles really all-natural?

A: The waxes and wicks used are all-natural. Some fragrance oils used may not be “all-natural” however, we choose from the most sustainable and natural products we can find to scent our candles and melts. Some of our candles and melts have a UV inhibitor added to prevent discoloration.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Yes. You can request a return / refund by sending us a message with your email and tracking / order number using our message form found on our “contact” page. Our return policy can be found at the bottom of the “shopping cart” page before you finalize your purchase at checkout.
